Vincent is the first Latiné person on record to serve on the Board of Directors of Bisexual Resource Center, the leading nationally-focused bisexual+ non-profit, where he is a part of their DEIJB and Strategic Planning committees and leads projects and speaking engagements surrounding Bi+ representation in media.
From 2021-2022, Vincent workshopped Interactive Advocacy’s touring production, “No Words” by Raghib Al-Fassi, an educational drama intended to advocate for victims of intimate violence in the military and other public sectors.
In 2015, Vincent co-founded Third Act Theatre alongside Alex Church-Gonzales and Nico Cristallo in his hometown of Visalia, CA, to produce contemporary productions that showcased performers of historically marginalized backgrounds and actively challenged the heteronormativity in the regions’ largest productions. They produced about two years of programming before basing themselves in NYC full-time.
From 2012-2014, Vincent spearheaded 4 innovative young adult reading programs that addressed illiteracy rates exceeding state averages by 9% and represented the library and its patrons through dynamic promotional media and public appearances.
