Vincent was the first Latiné person on record to serve on the Board of Directors of Bisexual Resource Center, the nation's leading bisexual+ advocacy non-profit. From 2023-2025, he served as Founder & Executive Curator of the organization’s Bi+ Media Resource Initiative, and Chairs of the BRC’s DEIJB Committee (2024-2025) and Communications Committee (2025).
From 2021-2022, Vincent workshopped Interactive Advocacy’s touring production, “No Words” by Raghib Al-Fassi, an educational drama intended to advocate for victims of intimate violence in the military and other public sectors.
In 2015, Vincent co-founded Third Act Theatre alongside Alex Church-Gonzales and Nico Cristallo in their hometown of Visalia, CA, to produce contemporary productions that showcased performers of historically marginalized backgrounds and actively challenged the heteronormativity in the regions’ largest productions. They produced about two years of programming before basing themselves in NYC full-time.
From 2012-2014, Vincent spearheaded 4 innovative young adult reading programs that addressed illiteracy rates exceeding state averages by 9% and represented the library and its patrons through dynamic promotional media and public appearances.
